Job Title: Head of GTM Partnerships - Payments/Fintech
Location: London

**Salary**: £60-100k
**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development of the company's GTM strategy and execution of the GTM plans.
- Develop, maintain and expand relationships with key strategic partners in the Payments/Fintech space.
- Lead the onboarding and integration of new partners and payment services.
- Manage the negotiation of contracts and terms with partners.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Analyse and track performance of partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to ensure successful partnerships.
Technical Skills Required:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the payments and fintech space.
- Excellent knowledge of the payments/fintech industry.
- Experience in developing and executing GTM strategies.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Proven ability to negotiate with partners.
- Ability to analyse and track performance of partnerships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
