Head of Customer Solutions

One World is seeking a Head of Customer Solutions to join our dynamic, innovative, highly skilled team at our brand-new office in Shoreditch. You will play a critical part in the One World GTM organisation leading the implementation and delivery teams. This role requires a leader with supply chain expertise who is deeply passionate about our customers and has experience scaling customer-facing teams within B2B SaaS companies. This is a high-impact role delivering on the One World GTM vision.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for delivery, education, support and implementation services to all One World GTM customers
- Be accountable for services’ financial and operational goals, including revenue, utilisation, P&L, average billable rate, time-to-launch, time-to-value, on-time completion of projects and customer satisfaction
- Ensure implementation services have a minimum impact on the customer’s BAU activities while driving for maximum value for the clients
- Effectively manage resource allocation across the team
- Build and scale the people, processes and tools to deliver a best-in-class team
- Work with clients to define strategic goals, identify pain points and implement strategies to achieve these objectives using the platform
- Become an expert on the One World GTM solution and value proposition while working alongside clients to deliver value and demonstrate ROI
- Work strategically with the product team to influence and drive the roadmap
- Maintain awareness of developments in the supply chain industry
- Recruit and hire new team members
**Skills Knowledge and Expertise**
- Experience in a leadership/management role working within a B2B SaaS organisation
- Extensive experience leading complex, highly integrated SaaS implementations for a software vendor
- Demonstrated progress experience managing, leading and/or delivering cross-functional professional services teams (e.g. consulting, implementation, training)
- Commercially driven, managing quality and delivery to budget whilst maintaining margins.
- Logistics and supply chain background
- Experience in a high-growth, early-stage tech company
- Strong stakeholder and executive management
- Ability to travel
- Experience working with global retailers and manufacturers
- Experience building out a professional services organisation from scratch

**Salary**: £45,096.72-£120,651.76 per year
