We're seeking a
Head of Customer Success
to lead and scale the team at a fast-growing FinTech firm providing
institutional trading, investment, and risk management solutions
to banks, asset managers, and trading firms worldwide.
This is a
high-impact, strategic role
with full ownership of the customer journey and a chance to shape how clients derive value from a cutting-edge SaaS platform.
The Role
As Head of Customer Success, you will:
- Lead and grow the
Customer Success function
in the UK, driving adoption, retention, and revenue growth - Build and manage a high-performing team of CSMs, client advisors, and engagement managers
- Partner with
product, sales, and delivery teams
to ensure clients are fully leveraging the platform - Own the post-sales lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, renewals, expansion, and client advocacy
- Develop and implement
customer success strategies, KPIs, and best practices - Serve as the
voice of the customer
internally, feeding insights into product development and roadmap planning - Establish strong relationships with senior stakeholders at institutional clients
What You Bring
- 8+ years of experience in
customer success, account management, or client services
in a SaaS or FinTech environment - Deep understanding of
enterprise clients
in trading, capital markets, or investment management - Proven experience
building and scaling high-performing teams - Excellent
stakeholder management and communication skills
— able to operate at C-suite level - Track record of driving
renewals, adoption, and upsell
in enterprise SaaS - Strong analytical mindset, comfortable using metrics to guide strategy and decisions
