The focus is on ecosystem growth — not revenue targets — to position the company as the global standard in vision AI.Responsibilities:Define and implement a partnerships roadmap across cloud, edge, AI platforms, and integratorsBuild alliances with global leaders (e.g. cloud marketplaces, chip manufacturers, model providers)Lead integration strategies, including SDKs, benchmarking, CICD pipelinesDevelop co-marketing, joint GTM, and co-selling initiativesRepresent the business at major ecosystem events and conferencesManage and grow the existing partnerships teamUnique about the company:Massive inbound demand from global tech players due to open-source dominancePartnerships are driven by product adoption, not cold outreachStrong technical footprint across hardware, ML, and deployment partnersReal impact on product development, integrations, and commercial expansionGrowth perspective:Opportunity to define the partnership playbook for one of the most used AI tools globallyHigh-impact, strategic role reporting to VP GrowthVisibility and influence across executive and investor stakeholdersMust haves:8–10 years in strategic partnerships or ecosystem developmentExperience in AI, ML, vision, edge computing or related deep techTrack record with both enterprise (e.g. global tech firms) and growth-stage partnershipsTechnical acumen to lead integrations and influence productExperience managing cross-functional delivery (technical and business)Management of small teamsInternational partnership experienceNice to haves:Background at open-source or developer-first companiesFamiliarity with companies like Hugging Face, Mistral, Databricks, AnacondaPrior co-marketing or GTM collaboration experienceExposure to OSS licensing and compliance frameworksSalary range & secondary benefits:€80K–€130K baseESOP availableGenerous vacation policy + hardware setupAccess to industry-defining AI projectsHiring process:30-min intro with VP Growth60-min deep diveCase studyFinal with CEO
