Office Administrator

**Job Overview**
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
**Duties**:
- Answering and directing phone calls with professional phone etiquette
- Utilising computerised systems for data entry and clerical tasks
- Managing office supplies and maintaining an organised office environment
- Assisting with Sage entries and basic financial record-keeping
- Typing correspondence and documents accurately
- Providing administrative support to staff as needed
- Familiarity with Google Suite for document management
**Experience**
- Previous experience in an administrative or office role
- Proficiency in data entry and clerical tasks
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of sage or similar financial software is advantageous
- Ability to use Google Suite for document management
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised individual with excellent administrative skills to contribute to our office's smooth operation.
Pay: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
