- **The Role**
- As a **Planned Investment Team Leader,** you’ll:

- Manage, coordinate and monitor our Planned Investment Programme, including budgeting.
- Work with colleagues across the Kingdom Group to gather, maintain and update data on our property assets
- Support the asset teams to manage and deliver the Kingdom Groups medical adaptations
- Analyse data to identify and implement service improvements and enhancements.
- You will manage the Planned Investment Team, identify and action any learning and development needs of the team and any other duties in line with the business needs.

- We’re looking for someone who:

- At least 3 years previous experience in a Technical role (i.e. someone in a similar role, Building surveyor, Quantity Surveyor or architectural background)
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks- **Ready to Apply?**
