In the role of Assistant HR Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting human resource and pay functions across the department & other areas of the service
- Training processes which includes processing and arranging commissioned training events and externally sourced training events
To be considered for the Assistant HR Officer job you must have:
- Previous HR & administration experience
- CIPD Level 3/Certificate in HR Practice or proven equivalent working experience within HR
- High level of confidentiality required given the nature of the service area
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday) for a temporary period of initially 2 months on a salary starting from £10.00 p/h plus holidays.
The role will predominately be home based however, you will need to be able to attend offices based in Colwyn Bay as and when required.
