Office Administration Assistant

You’ll be joining a modern Water Treatment company at a time of expansion.
In this role, you will join our Head Office team based in our Conwy Office, North Wales.
You will be expected to work within our team undertaking daily administrative tasks.
The shift pattern will be Mon-Fri - full time between the hours of 08.30am - 5pm.
**Duties include**
- Sales and purchase ledger processing in sage 50
- Meet and greet clients as front of house
- Receive incoming phone call and direct to accounts, sales team and service support teams and deal with general enquiries
- Issue statements and liaise with customer account departments
- Liaise with supplier account departments
- Maintaining and organising the filing system we have in place for both suppliers and customers
- Assist the accounts manager with other administrative and clerical office operations, including accounts, administrative and clerical support, dealing with customer calls and logs, supporting the company directors, sales team and support team
- Updating and adding content to our website.

- To succeed in this role, we ask that you are_
- Experienced with Microsoft 365 Suite
- Have worked with sage (preferred but not essential, full training will be given)
- Ability to work in a busy fast paced environment
- Professional, reliable & honest
- Team player
- Must be presentable
- Hardworking
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week
**Salary**: £10.42-£11.00 per hour
