Page Personnel are exclusively partnering with a global leisure and sport business, based in Conwy, who are looking for a HR Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for providing first linesupport across a range of HR related matters.

**Description**

The HR Coordinator will be responsible for:

- Assisting in the recruitment process
- Implementing and leading an effective onboarding process
- Managing the induction and probation process
- Assisting with reward and recognition initiatives, including annual salary reviews and incentive schemes
- Providing administrative support to the HR Manager and Head of HR
- Supporting with HR related project
- Ensuring that the HRIS is maintained and up to date
- Assisting in the training of new starters
- Participating in HR team meetings
- Report production
- Any other ad hoc duties as required

**Profile**

The successful HR Coordinator will have:

- A proven track record in HR Administration
- CIPD Level 3 or above (preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- IT literate

**Job Offer**
- Salary of £25,000-£30,000 DOE
