**Salary :Salary**: £24,962 Per Annum (Base salary £23,962 + £1,000 Unsociable Hours) - this role is also eligible for a one-off retentionpayment of £1000 upon successfully completing 9 months service*

**What You’ll Do**

As a Housing Officer / Housing Support Worker, no two days are ever the same. You’ll:

- **Maintain Safe Homes**: Ensure properties meet the **Decent Homes Standard** by organizing repairs and keeping spaces clean and ready for new residents.
- **Collaborate & Communicate**: Work closely with probation officers, court staff, and community partners to provide the best support possible.
- **Problem-Solve**: Handle complex situations with curiosity and compassion, always focused on achieving the best outcome

**What You Need to Succeed**
- A **full, clean UK driving licence** and access to a vehicle.
- Willingness to travel extensively for work (mileage reimbursed at 45p per mile).
- Basic ICT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Enhanced DBS check and Prison Clearance (organized during onboarding).
