**Office Admin Assistant - TYS Retail Ltd**

TYS Retail Ltd is a family-run business proudly operating under the Nisa Group. We are dedicated to putting both our customers and team members at the heart of everything we do. With several busy convenience stores across Peterborough, we’re currently looking for a reliable and proactive **Office Admin Assistant** to support our Head Office operations.

**About the Role**:
This is a key administrative position where you’ll play a vital role in the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office. Working closely with our management team, you’ll support various business functions particularly HR while ensuring all office processes run efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide general administrative support to the Head Office team.
- Assist with maintaining employee records and updating internal systems.
- Support basic HR tasks, such as preparing contracts and tracking staff holidays.
- Organise and maintain office files, supplies, and documentation.
- Liaise with store managers to support day-to-day administrative needs.
- Prior experience in an office or administrative role (retail experience is a plus).
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic IT systems.
- Highly organised with great attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment.
- Friendly, professional, and a strong team player.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week
