The key function is to assist our Office Admin Team with the day to day administrative control of the business. You will need to have the ability to work effectively, in a very fast paced environment.

You will provide a high quality administrative service when assisting all levels of staff within the company. This will include a wide variety of interesting admin tasks.
- Checking the daily Office Diary
- Managing office filing
- Creating and updating records in CRM.
- Maintain the office filing/archiving system in both hard and electronic format.
- Raise invoices/statements and assist with credit control process.
- Act as an effective team member providing assistance to others as requested.
- Diary management
- Data entry
- You will need to liaise with internal departments and external customers so excellent communication skills are essential, both verbal and written.You can manage a demanding workload.

Strong IT skills including Word & Excel, touch typist is essential

We are seeking a dedicated individual for a part-time role, working **17.5 hours per week**. The core schedule is **Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM**.

In addition to these regular hours, you will be required to:

- Provide **holiday coverage** for 5 weeks per year, during which you will work **full-time, 35 hours per week** (Monday to Friday).
- Offer **ad-hoc coverage** as needed, with mínimal notice, to meet business requirements. This will involve full-time hours.
