**Summary information**:

- Fulltime position, Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm.
- Salary dependant on experience
- Full-time entitlement: 22 days holiday & bank holidays (rising to 26 days with length of service)
- Office location: Commercial Road, Ashley Cross

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors
- Answering phone calls, taking messages and redirecting calls as necessary
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Handling incoming and outgoing post
- Photocopying, scanning and printing documents
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders
- Assisting with client or provider queries
- Managing the reception area
- Assisting in planning and arranging events, including organising catering.
- Drafting, formatting and preparing relevant documents.
- Updating and maintaining back-office systems and client records
- General administrative duties as required
- Carrying out Health & Safety duties as required and acting as a point of contact for related matters, ensuring issues are reported and escalated appropriately

- Strong organisation skills able to maintain accurate records
- Proficiency in data entry and typing
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Ability to adapt to changing and challenging circumstances
- Ability to carry out a task from start to finish
- Previous experience (advantageous, but not essential)
