**About the Role**

You will be responsible for ensuring that Refresco delivers excellent customer service to the customers you support. Part of a team of eleven people, and reporting directly to the Customer Relationship Manager, you will ensure accurate service level reporting to agreed timetables and analyse reports to identify issues. You will achieve and maintain good working knowledge of customer-specific supply reporting systems and reports and how these can be incorporated to improve management of you customers’ accounts as well as maintaining scorecards.

**As a Customer Relationship Coordinator here are your key areas of focus**:

- Supporting the Customer Relationship Manager to deliver excellence for our customers, whilst ensuring budgeted costs are achieved or bettered for the UK business unit
- Supporting the Customer Relationship Manager in collaborating with other functions to ensure that the appropriate data is available and accurate
- Evaluating customer delivery performance
- Reviewing service level reports to agreed timetables, analysing the reports to identify main issues e.g. forecasts, event management, transport, order patterns etc. and presenting corrective recommendations to the Customer Relationship Manager
- Ensuring a good working knowledge of customer-specific supply reporting systems and available reports and how these can be incorporated to improve management of customers’ accounts
- Maintain Scorecards with designated accounts
- Executing daily Customer Relationship processes to achieve agreed customer service levels
- Understanding customer Supply Initiatives and how the business can help deliver a point of difference
- Preparing for & attending, if required, regular meetings to understand Refresco inbound performance and supplier benchmarking with both internal and external customers
- Preparing for & attending supply meetings ensuring data about service levels / aged stock / part pallets / outstanding orders are available at the meeting
- Ensuring that Refresco’s supply chain communication is aligned internally, to drive a focused, agreed and consistent message to our customers
- Identifying areas of continuous process improvement, challenging assumptions and driving actions
- Providing data & reporting in line with the S&OP process
- Creating forecast overlays, as required, to deliver customer agreed activities (e.g. stock builds)

**Reward & Benefits**

The salary for this role is dependent on experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday - 38 hours per week, and we have free, onsite parking as well as a hybrid working policy, enabling you to work from home two days per week. In addition, we offer an annual bonus incentive, a good company pension scheme, 25 days holiday in addition to bank holidays (with the option to purchase additional holidays) and access to a sports and social fund.
