**Salary: £55,500 - £60,000 per annum**

We’re looking for a Procurement Manager to undertake all aspects of the procurement process from understanding the requirements through to contract award in order to deliver value for money through the supply chain.

You’ll report into the Senior Commercial Manager and key responsibilities include sourcing activity across professional services and IT categories (encompassing both new tenders and mini competitions leading to call-off from frameworks), ensuring contractmanagement aspects are addressed, providing market intelligence, soft market testing and benchmarking where required.

Interested applicants will have a good understanding of Public Contract Regulations and a comprehensive working knowledge of public sector centralised buying groups and the use of their frameworks. Additionally, you’ll be able to lead end-to-end procurementprojects including the development of procurement strategies; and be comfortable creating constructive stakeholder relationships with individuals from different disciplines and departments.
