**IT Service Desk Manager - Barton Upon Humber - Salary up to £45,000**
Principal IT are working with a large manufacturing business based in Barton-Upon Humber. They are a family run business which has taken off beyond belief since starting back in 2009. They are currently recruiting for an IT Service Desk Manager and thisrole is based at their state of the art head offices.
In this role you will be responsible for the running of the 1st Line Support Teams, whilst utilising their ISO management systems for service desk and incident management. The service desk team is a key aspect about their business as this helps run all theiroperations from transport through to show rooms. With this role you will be working closely with the Head of IT Services which will also help you gain further skills and experience to progress within IT Management.
**In this role you will be expected to do the following**:
Review individual and team performance through SLA’s and Internal frameworks
Supporting and mentoring the 1st Line Support team with tickets and queries
Identifying development opportunities for all team members assisting with growth and progression
Work with their IT Infrastructure teams to help support queries and escalations
Inductions and training of new 1st Line Support staff
Organising, Prioritising and distribution of requests and incidents
Manage a large growing team
Ensuring the team deliver a quality service
