**About The Role**:
We are looking for an experienced project coordinator to support our Customer Service departement. You will plan, organise and manage marketing campaigns, promotional events and projects from conception through to completion. Interact with the people and manage the engagement within Customer Service and Senior Management.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- To develop a programme of engagement that supports the vision of Wren Kitchens
- To identify any new opportunities for the business and keep up to date with developments in people’s engagement.
- To coordinate, plan and organise activities and events locally and nationally.
- To be responsible for people engagement on all social media platforms
- Promoting internal success for staff and business
- To provide advice and support to members of Wren, in planning, devising and delivering engagement activities.
- To plan, conduct, analyse and report the findings from evaluation of engagement activities.
- To carry out administrative tasks associated with this work
- To conduct anonymous surveys, analyse data and report to senior management
- Manage recruitment events with recruitment team
- Promoting employee of the month and sharing success on all social media platforms
- Implementing new incentives and managing consistently each month
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
- A demonstrable track record in successfully planning, implementing and evaluating engagement activities
- Excellent project management skills
- Demonstrable experience of high-quality communication to variety of stakeholders
- Experience in the use of social media
- Both oral and written communication in a variety of contexts
- Ability to plan and prioritise own workload and work to agreed deadlines
- Demonstration of taking full responsibility and accountability for tasks while making effective use of available resources, information and feedback to improve efficiency, productivity and overall performance
- Driving licence
