**Job Purpose**:

- As a Field Based Co-Ordinator your experience will be used to oversee and support pre-build, in-flight as build activites. You’ll be someone who is able to champion network quality, and compliance to ensure that our partners are carrying out operations to specification and adhering to the programme.
- On a day to day basis, you will be responsible to check completed plans, identify any risks on the programme, oversee fibre network build activities, complete audits, liaise with the public, work with internal and external stakeholders, check as-builts documents are completed.
- You will take charge of organising people, information, and resources to enable the team to work effectively, suggesting and leading change where required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing the day to day build to ensure a safe, quality, network is built to time and budget
- Organising and managing pre-build and post build walks with our partners.
- Understanding and management of stores issues and risks
- Site sign off
- Auditing of Build Partner
- Using iAuditor and managing resolutions and improvement plans with Build Partners
- Real time HSE audits
- Real time build assurance audits
- Retrospective QA audits / Ad Hoc items
- RFS Post Flight Test Results Audits and personal quality checks with test equipment
- Application For Payment (AFP) checks as directed by RBM
- Accurately forecasting build activities and RFS
- On the day support for design queries and on site resolution for Build Partners
- RFC (Request for Change) management
- Accurate and timely wherabouts provided to Openreach and Netomnia
- Supporting planning team where additional surveys required before build.
- Managing contractor relationship, to ensure build specification and quality measures are adhered to
- Championing Health and Safety across all build tasks and activities
- Liasing with residents and local authorities when required to support smooth build.

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience and understanding of fibre optic networks
- Thorough knowledge of PIA, CDM, and NRSWA is essential
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Mature and responsible attitude
- Ability to work autonomously, desire to learn and grow
- Proactive with ability to anticipate, communicate and resolve issues with mínimal guidance
- Effective problem solving and interpersonal skills, a focus on teamwork and customer service
- A drive for excellence and high attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and work with the flexibility required as a team member in a start-up
- Experience of working in Central London is preferred
