**The Role**

As a Marketing Co-ordinator, you will support marketing initiatives at our Zita West and Care Fertility London Clinic.

Co-ordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns, content and events, you will engage prospective patients and build brand awareness.

You will draft and manage content for social media and newsletters, oversee marketing calendars and assist with organising patient information sessions and webinars to boost engagement.

Additionally, you will:

- Manage our social media presence
- Conduct market research to inform strategies
- Analyse performance metrics to suggest improvements
- Co-ordinate with external vendors and freelancers to deliver materials and services

**About You**

To be considered as a Marketing Co-ordinator, you will need:

- Experience in marketing, social media and/or content creation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools
- An inquisitive nature to learn new digital channels and skills, as well as keeping on top of digital trends
- The ability to communicate with empathy and sensitivity in all patient interactions
- A passion for IVF / the industry we work in
- To be a self-starter with a commercial mindset
