This is a permanent full time role role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is salary of £23,110.68 per annum and benefits package**.**

**Shift Times: 8AM - 4PM Monday to Friday**

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of services provided to Tyne & Wear Fire and Rescue Authority by Equans at any of their PFI Estate.
They will ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely fashion in accordance with the appropriate schedules and standards.

**Who are we looking for?**:

- Experience of operational delivery of FM Services
- Previous experience of supervision desirable
- Experience in a front facing, customer centric role
- Full clean driving licence is essential
- A DBS (enhanced) check will be required
