**Job description**

**Job Purpose**
- To provide support for happy young lady with Cerebral Palsey.

**Location**: Whinburgh, Dereham

**Details**
- I am a lady with Cerebral Palsey who recently had a seizure but these are not frequent. I am supported by my family but require a friendly P.A/Carer to assist with everyday tasks allowing me some independence in my home. This includes Help with personal care (washing and dressing) as well help with feeding and making sure my environment is tidy and pleasant. As my main carer is a family member we are seeking someone who will cover 5 regular hours weekly, but would be available to provide additional support on a flexible contract to cover for holidays. This will also include some sleep in nights at a fixed rate.

- Responsible
- Well organised
- Flexible
- Experience with seizure support an advantage but not essential
- In view of the personal care element of this position a female is preferred

**Summary terms and conditions**
- The rate of pay for this position is £11.00 per hour daytime and £50 per night overnight
- Hours and times of work: A regular 5 hours per week at flexible times in the daytime, plus holiday cover and overnights (up to 3 night in any week when providing cover)
- You will be reimbursed for any agreed expenses incurred as part of the role.
- Free Training can be provided to employed staff.
- A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.
- Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 3 months.
