Group Compliance Coordinator

A key member of the Group Compliance team with day-to-day responsibility for designing and leading the coordination, administration and analysis of projects, initiatives and procedures.

What you'll do:

- Assist the team with project management and co-ordination of their projects and initiatives as well as owning and delivering own projects. Across areas such as anti-bribery/corruption, gifts & hospitality, conflicts of interest, sanctions and international export controls, financial crimes and other (corporate) compliance related risks.
- Collaborate with the Compliance team, legal colleagues, Comcast colleagues and partners in HR, Finance, Security and other functions to develop and support compliance processes
- Create, implement and manage procedures to ensure and measure policy compliance
- Maintain compliance logs, records, trackers and approval processes across the programme
- Help design, implement, and maintain global risk assessments, policy, procedures, training, communications, and monitor plans and administer periodic updating
- Collaborate closely with business and assisting with oversight and tracking of supplier compliance management processes
- Run due diligence checks on persons/entities of interest
- Organise document translations and proof reading
- Research projects
- Produce decks and support Compliance meetings
- Work closely with the learning team to coordinate training requests, developing training materials, policy guidance and communications
- Assist with compliance process, systems and controls queries providing guidance as appropriate
- Assist with development and day to day running of the Compliance intranet and triaging queries received
- Benchmark our compliance programme against other respected companies; raise opportunities to automate and streamline Sky’s compliance activities
- Provide operational support for other compliance programme responsibilities as needed.

What you'll bring:

- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
- Demonstrable experience working with multiple partners with varying priorities, in a collaborative, positive and proactive manner.
- Great attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Excellent judgement and strong analytical skills
- Very strong work ethic. A great teammate, with a positive self-starter attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Strong MS Office suite skills including Excel and Sharepoint
- Experience in a compliance or relevant function
