We are looking for a:
HR Assistant based at our site in Haslingden, Lancashire.

To learn through training and a HR apprenticeship how to support and assist with administrative duties and day to day queries within a very busy and demanding HR function.

The range of tasks our HR Assistant will be doing on a day-to-day basis will be varied;
**You will learn many things in this role including**:
Supporting and maintaining the HR system.

Ensuring accurate HR records are maintained, including hard copy files.

Assisting in the digitalisation programme in HR.

Administering all new starter paperwork.

Producing letters and other HR related correspondence.

Absence management administration.

Supporting day to day administrative tasks within the HR Department.

Assisting with ad hoc projects
- Undertaking any duties that the HR Manager believes are within the skill set and are necessary for the effective operation of the HR department.

And lots more varied and interesting things.
