**Repairs Administrator
- Full time 35 hours (Monday to Friday inclusive)**

**Rossendale (hybrid working arrangements available)**

**Salary: up to £27,431 (depending on experience)**

**You will have/be**:

- Experience in an administration position.
- Good interpersonal skills to be confident in communicating.
- Excellent administration and organisational skills to manage a rotation of regular tasks.
- Comfortable and experienced in working to meet deadlines.

**You will**:

- Be a first point of contact for tenant enquiries relating to repairs.
- Handle tenant requests in a professional manner explaining technical matters clearly and concisely.
- Monitor the progress of repairs, updating tenants when there are delays and explaining to

tenants the cause of these delays.
- Support the development and implementation of Responsive Repairs processes and

procedures.
- Provide Responsive Repairs and compliance advice to tenants and the wider association.
- Ensure emergency repairs are swiftly tackled, always seeking to ensure tenant safety as first principle.
- Liaise with contractors who undertake work required for Responsive Repairs.
- Monitor asset compliance works, raising jobs relating to compliance, and providing administrative support to the Contracts Manager and Asset & Compliance Manager in this area.
- Ensure providers are aware of Care’s standards and procedures and monitor works.
- Report on any poor-quality work undertaken by providers to senior staff.
- Assist the Contracts Manager in obtaining new approved contractors when required.
- Maintain records of repairs, ensuring all data is accurate and representative of works carried out.
- Analyse records of repairs, seeking to identify service improvements.
- Assist with the consultation of residents on the carrying out of repairs, seeking to ensure that works are carried out with mínimal disturbance to tenants and their homes.
- Assist with the assessment and delivery of void works, ensuring void properties are swiftly

handled.
- Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.
