**The Role**:
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in amplifying our global brand, creating engaging digital experiences, and managing impactful campaigns. From harnessing the power of our YouTube channel to leading apprentices and driving social media success, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our digital presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Marketing**: Develop and execute campaigns across all platforms to engage audiences and enhance our global following.
- **Website Management**: Oversee our website, ensuring it reflects our luxury brand, provides a seamless user experience, and drives conversions.
- **Content Creation**: Produce engaging, high-quality content, including blog posts, imagery, and promotional materials aligned with our brand identity.
- **Video Editing**: Leverage our successful YouTube channel by creating and editing videos that resonate with our international audience.
- **Promotional Campaigns**: Design and execute compelling offers and campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract customers worldwide.
- **Global Brand Strategy**: Tailor campaigns to target diverse international markets, respecting cultural nuances and preferences.
- **Team Leadership**: Mentor and lead marketing apprentices, fostering their growth and development.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and optimize strategies to achieve KPIs.
