**Responsibilities**

Digital Marketing Consultants are the first point of contact for their respective clients. They are responsible for monitoring their client accounts and overseeing the delivery of SEO, PPC, and other services to their clients.

You'd be responsible for developing the strategy, monthly KPI reports, answering queries, coordinating the creation of copy and providing opportunities for increasing the level of service.
- First point of communication with clients.
- Creation and implementation of client strategy.
- Reporting of performance and deliverables to clients.
- Working with Digital Marketing Executive team on service delivery, providing context and support.
- Identifying and taking opportunities for upsells.
- Escalating any potential issues to Team Leaders or Management.
- Monitoring of performance - delegating fixes to the Digital Marketing Executives.
- Commercial awareness of wider opportunities, client performance and retention.

- Experience in SEO, PPC and wider digital marketing
- Use of Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Experience of tools such as Moz, SEMRush (**d_esirable)_**:

- Excellent verbal and written English
- Good numeracy skills
- Commercial awareness

- Experience of working in a customer/client-facing or sales environment (**d_esirable)_**:
