Head of Sponsorship Sales

My independent conference production company client are looking for a Head of Sponsorship Sales to join them on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 working from home.
This is a great role for anyone who is looking for their next step. The company are a team of 14, looking to grow to 40 over the next 5 years.
In your first 3 months you will be on the tools, selling and doing what you do best. After 3 months or so, you will begin hiring for your team. This is an awesome opportunity for you to mould this role and really make it your own. The current CEO does theSponsorship Sales at the moment and is looking to move away from this, handing things over to the Head of Sponsorship sales.
This role will involve all aspects of lead gen/pitching, team management, closing, briefing, scripting, productivity, learning and reporting, hiring and on-boarding and training.
