Head of Sales - B2B Events / London / £150k OTE / HybridA market-leading international events and content company is seeking a Head of Sales to lead the strategic growth of a high-performing portfolio. This is a senior-level, revenue-generating role for a driven sales leader with strong B2B experience, ideally in sponsorship sales.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of 4 sponsorship sales executives.Personally generate revenue via high-value sponsorship sales.Drive the strategic development of sponsorship revenue across the division.Recruit, coach, and mentor new sales hires.Deliver structured training and development initiatives across the team.Lead weekly forecasting and performance reviews with senior management.Oversee the growth of both mature and emerging sector offerings.Provide input into product development and new commercial opportunities.Collaborate with other sales leaders across the business to share best practices.Consistently exceed revenue targets while championing a performance-led culture.About You:Proven track record in B2B sponsorship or solution-led sales, ideally within events.Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing sales teams.Commercially strategic and results oriented.Comfortable selling into both established and developing markets.A confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.Head of Sales - B2B Events / London / £150k OTE / Hybrid
