We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Payroll Administrator to join our HR Department, working within our Compensation & Benefits Team. This position shall initially be temporary, for a period of around 9 months.

SOME OF THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

- Assisting in preparing and processing monthly payrolls for all offshore personnel, ensuring all paperwork is received and processed accurately and in timely manner.
- Assist in auditing relevant payroll reports.
- Maintaining reconciliation spreadsheets and POB database.
- Ensuring compliance with established payroll procedures, company policies and government legislation.
- Liaise regularly with Compensation & Benefits Team as well as Human Resources Department, offshore personnel, vessel Radio Room Administration Operators and relevant Governing Bodies when required.
- Any other duties as required by Senior Payroll Administrator and/or Compensation and Benefits Supervisor.

SUITABLE APPLICANTS SHOULD IDEALLY HAVE:

- Previous payroll experience but this is not essential.
- Excellent computer skills including a good working knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
