**PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR**
A fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Payroll Administrator based in Aberdeen. The main purpose of the role is to coordinate and manage the weekly and monthly contractor payroll preparation along with other administration duties required. Flexible full time / part time working hours would be considered for this role. This role is office based, with free onsite parking.
**RESPONSIBILITES**
- Compile timesheets submitted from contractors, adhering to submission deadlines
- Challenge any timesheet discrepancies to ensure accurate recording for payroll submission
- Accurate recording of timesheet information into the payroll system
- Chasing late/missing timesheets prior to submission dates
- Handling all data as per the GDPR legislations and guidelines
- Ensure that all contractors are set up correctly in the payroll system at the start of contract and also at contract extension stage
- Processing any terminations through the payroll system
- Filing all timesheets and payroll documentation appropriately and general housekeeping of payroll files
**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous experience in a similar role / environment is highly desirable
- High attention to detail and sense checking skills are essential
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of time writing system(s) would be advantageous
- Comfortable with processing of large amounts of data entry to ensure time critical deadlines are met
- Able to prioritise and manage own time effectively
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 - 37.5 per week
