Our company provides expert recruitment and training programmes to help our clients build strong, successful sales teams, and grow their customer base. Specialising in face-to-face sales campaigns, we are proud of our human approach that focuses on direct interactions, establishing trust and long-term relationships with customers. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential customers in face-to-face sales campaigns, ensuring that our clients receive long-term, loyal customers.
- Learn communication skills, negotiation techniques, and objection-handling strategies to create meaningful, lasting relationships with customers.
- Participate in event-based campaigns and work alongside an experienced team that will mentor you throughout your journey.
- As you develop, you’ll gradually begin learning how to manage your own team, mentor others, and oversee campaigns.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Self-motivated: You should be eager to take initiative and excited about working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Previous customer service experience (particularly in retail) is a plus but not essential.
- Ambitious and goal-oriented: We want someone who is eager to grow, learn new skills, and take on new challenges.
- Full, unrestricted right to work in the UK. We cannot accept Tier 4 or PSW visa holders or offer sponsorships.
