**Children’s Residential Support Worker**

**Salford**

**Up to £25,000**

Looking to speak with people who have a support worker background with either adults or children, wanting to join a **3 bedded service**. Working alongside an experienced team of support workers, team leaders and senior management staff

Location: Salford

**Duties**:

- Work in a residential care home for 3 young people with **EBD and Challenging Behaviour**:

- Work within the staff team to ensure the service offers **OFSTED** standard support
- To deliver the best possible outcomes for the young people in your care, within a caring, homely environment.
- Support in the community and at the residential care home
- Promote relationships between staff, young people and the community
- Domestic chores around the home such as cooking and cleaning
- To provide emotional and practical support to the young people within your home.
- To support, overcome and learn to minimise incidents when behaviour can be challenging.

**Pay and hours**:

- **£10.00 - £10.50**:

- Mixture of shifts (Earlies, Lates, Full days, Sleeps)
- Rota’s completed a month in advance
- **160 hours per month**:

- **Full-time permanent position**

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a setting working with children (school, nursery or residential)
- **Full UK Driving licence**:

- Right to work in the UK
