At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry out their role.

Excluding retail, core hours at Three are between 1000 and 1600, with operating hours between 0800 and 1830. This allows employees to have a start time between 0800 and 1000 and finish time between 1600 and 1830

**Compliance**
Works within current compliance processes, systems and procedures and reports shortcomings
**Client & Customer Management (External)**
Carries out simple procedural tasks to support management of external client relationships.
**Budgeting & Costing**
Performs simple procedural tasks to support the budgeting process.
**Building Capability**
Develops personal capabilities using existing formal and informal training opportunities.
**Client & Customer Management (Internal)**
Carries out simple procedural tasks to support management of internal client relationships.
**Data Collection & Analysis**
Selects appropriate data from information provided by others and inputs that data into spreadsheets or standard formats.
**Financial Management & Control**
Reviews, verifies and enters data into standard company systems.
**Performance Management**
Improves personal performance using performance management systems and protocols.
**Policy Development & Implementation**
Supports others by performing routine policy-related tasks according to established procedures
