**Job Title**: Senior Service Desk Coordinator

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
**Location**: London W1 (Onsite)

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an organised and proactive **Senior Service Desk Coordinator** to join a busy and fast-paced service department within a leading technology and design business. You will manage all incoming service requests, coordinate engineer schedules, maintain accurate records, and ensure excellent communication with high-end clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Schedule and allocate engineers based on workload, availability, and urgency
- Maintain and update CRM records and client profiles
- Monitor job progress and ensure timely updates to clients
- Coordinate daily diaries, reassigning engineers when needed
- Assist with quoting, parts ordering, and contract renewals
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow across the service team

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in service coordination, scheduling, or a busy helpdesk environment
- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise effectively and handle multiple tasks
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and ticketing/CRM systems
- Background in IT, engineering, or AV environments is beneficial
- Professional, client-focused approach and strong relationship-building skills
