**Responsibilities**:

- Answering, transferring, and taking messages from inbound calls
- Reviewing, answering, and passing on E-mails
- Create and modify documents with Microsoft office (primarily Word & Excel)
- Scanning & attaching documentation to the company’s custom management system
- Using the company’s electronic system, create documentation packs from pre-defined instruction
- Communicating with the production department to complete customer delivery reports
- Raising delivery paperwork to customer requirements
- Raising purchase orders for suppliers & following up to ensure delivery within required time frames
- General office & clerical work
- Excellent organisational and time keeping skills
- A great communicator both internally within the business and externally to clients at all levels
- Fluent in English (Written & verbal)
- Excellent attention to detail

**Working hours**:

- 39hrs per week
- Mon-Thurs 07:30-16:30
- Fridays 07:30-12:30

**Pay Rate**:

- £12.50ph
- Overtime paid at time and a half
