**An exciting opportunity is available for an Executive Assistant to join one of our clients based in Andover.**

**Overview**: As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the directors and wider business, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.
- Act as a liaison between directors and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organise and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Maintain confidential records and files, managing sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and office management tasks.
- Attend meetings and take meeting minutes.
- Support the development of company policies and procedures as directed by directors.
- Supporting the wider business with sales, customer services, reporting.
- Supporting the wider business with orders.
- Handle any ad-hoc duties directed by directors or senior management, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to the business needs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
- A degree in business administration or related field is preferred.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Salary**:
£35,000 - £42,000
