Quality Assurance Executive - “ Excellence in Every Interaction”

**Salary**: £29,676.99 pa plus benefits - 37.5 hours pw. We would also consider part time 15 hours (pro rata)

Location: Eagle House, Joule Road, Andover - we offer hybrid combination office/home for a full time role.

**About the Role**

As our QA Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customer experience, customer care, and sales teams consistently deliver exceptional service and performance. You’ll uphold our company’s quality framework, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and champion customer satisfaction across every touchpoint.

**What We’re Looking For**

A highly motivated individual with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset, with proven experience in quality assurance, preferably within customer service or sales environments. A Strong understanding of regulatory standards and customer satisfaction metrics, and excellent communication and analytical skills, with an ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team setting
