HEAD OF SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (PROCUREMENT) - COSMETICS - LONDON/ FLEX - £SIX FIGURE SALARY + EQUITY + PACKAGE

I've partnered with a global cosmetics brand, knowing for their disruptive and innovative nature. Founded in 2017, the company have grown exponentially, from 25 to 180+ employees within two years and have no plans to slow down. Renowned for their transparentpricing model, they specialise in beauty products you can trust with fair pricing.

As they continue their growth, they are now looking to recruit a Head of Supplier Relationship Management to head up a critical area of their supply chain. You will be responsible for leading and developing a high achieving team of 4 supplier relationshipmanagers whilst working cross functionally with NPD, Finance, Procurement, Technical and Legal to redefine the SRM operating model.

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join the team. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

- Partnerships: executing a supplier program covering JBPS & periodic performance reviews
- Legal: ensuring the right contractual framework is in place to deliver on priorities and KPIs
- Costs: ensuring ongoing cost competitiveness and driving savings
- Driving optimal use of working capital through stockholding and payment terms
- Ensuring suppliers maintain SLA & OTIF and supporting resolution when service issues arise
- Working with suppliers to secure long term capacity creation in line with business growth
- Ensuring our suppliers drive us forward against our sustainability goals

The Head of Supplier Relationship Manager will have:

- Proven global sourcing, procurement, due diligence and SRM best practice experience is essential
- Experience of working within the beauty, accessories & apparel industries is desirable
- A strong understanding of risk management in the context of global suppliers and supply chains
- Excellent leadership skills with an ability to motivate
- Commercial, legal and financial acumen with a strategic growth mindset
- Deep understanding of global manufacturing, operations and supply chain processes
