We are working with a globally recognised insurer to aid in the search of their next Supplier Relationship Manager. This role is responsible for developing and leading all supplier relationship management activities with a focus on maximising value fromall third-party arrangements and mitigating operational risk.

London based

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for designing and implementing the supplier management approach within the allocated business area and aligning to Group Procurement policies
- Providing expert, authoritative advice to key stakeholders on all aspects of supplier and contract management strategy and practice
- Overseeing and performing supplier relationship management activities in line with Corporation best practice and regulatory requirements
- Implement robust governance and oversight of all vendor arrangements, maintaining a framework of processes, policies, systems and activities required for end to end management of vendor relationships
- Leading strategic and operational supplier reviews primarily with Critical/High-Risk Suppliers

**Requirements**:

- Understanding of Procurement or Contract management processes and best practice
- Working within a contract management or Procurement function
- Experience of managing technology suppliers and contracts
- Significant business partnering experience and track record of influencing senior stakeholders
- Management of third parties and internal stakeholders

**Benefits**:

- Salary £60,000-£70,000
