We have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Administrator to join our Customer Operations Team on a permanent basis.

As a Fleet Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering an efficient, timely and professional service to Rivus Fleet Solutions customers in completion of assigned daily duties. You’ll be a team player who takes real pride in their work and ensures the job is done in line with agreed service level agreements.

**What you’ll do**

The team operate within a commercially and operationally critical area. Key functions of the team are; Operator licence administration, fuel card provision, road fund licence renewals, document and V5 management, toll schemes administration, processing fixed penalties on behalf of customers and appealing where contracted.

You’ll be required to take full responsibility and accountability for operational activity that are assigned to the role as required by:

- Answering calls and handling administration of the key team functions
- Accurately inputting data
- Providing first-rate customer service and ensuring the work you produce meets the quality standards in line with business requirements.
- Proactively support customer SLA’s and KPI’s
- Provide support to drivers and operational leads within the customers business
- Proactively identify potential compliance risks within customer fleets to help ensure fleets are compliant
- Ensure that work produced, and advice provided meets the quality standards and is in line with local business process requirements.
- Assist with training new team members or multiskilling colleagues
- Active participation in team meetings and Continuous Improvement, including updating the team’s performance board, adhere to the Workplace Organisation 5S guidelines, and contributing to Continuous Improvement problem solving sessions.
- Be responsive to any request to cover any shortfalls in shift rotas by means of volunteering to cover.
- Keep up to date with Mandatory Training, documented procedures and, if necessary, refer to the Customer Operations Manager for guidance.
- Ad hoc duties as required
- Work at all times in accordance with Rivus Fleet Solutions/Rivus Safety Policy and legal requirements

- Computer literate including strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Desirable
- Knowledge of Fleet Management
- Knowledge of using lean CI to create and use standard working practices that add value to the customer experience
- Knowledge of fleet legislations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£25,461.00 per year
