- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Excellent IT skills
- Previous experience in plant/tools & Fleet management will be an advantaged

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Keeps track of multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Works well with others and can foster a positive work environment.
- Completes tasks on time and can properly prioritize work.
- Proficiency in using office software and database management.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Provides excellent customer service.
- Comfortable tracking office budgets, expenses, and supplies.
- Works effectively as part of a team and contributes to a collaborative office culture.
- Ability to plan, coordinate.
- Collecting data for Plant reports
- Completing Plant department reports

**Job type**: Full-time

**Working hours**: 7.00-16.30

**Site location**:Aston, Birmingham
