Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding support and assistance. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for every customer interaction.
**Duties**:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers via various face to face channels
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Handle and resolve customer issues with empathy and patience
- Utilize data entry skills to update customer information in the system
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer questions accurately
- Follow company policies and procedures for customer service
**Skills**:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer-focused with the ability to empathize with customers' needs
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
