**About us**

Established since 2014, N V L T Y is a growing online based fashion brand with a growing social following of over 180,000 across social media platforms.

We are looking for a part time Customer Service Representative. The shifts will be between the working hours of 9:00am to 7:00pm. Needed for **Monday, Wednesday & Thursday Specifically.**

Standard shifts are 5 Hours but overtime is usually available.

This will be a great opportunity for you to be part of and within a growing fashion company. This role will entail you being in constant communication with the owners of the business. It will be insightful to be within and learn the ins and outs of a growing fashion company live and direct.

The main responsibilities will be:

- Looking up customer orders on Shopify to link via customer enquiries
- Looking up customer deliveries on DPD to locate the order location
- Create customer logs after solutions have been made so handovers can be given at the end of the day

**Requirements**:

- A good level of professional english speaking ability
- Great grammar, punctuation and spelling
- Trustworthy
- Fast learner
- Experience with customer service; being able to deal with issues fast and efficiently

If performance is high and it's clear that you can meet with the demands of the role; it will become permanent instead of temporary.

Job Duties:

- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies
- Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
