**The Role**
**The Purpose of the Role**:
The Programme Delivery Coordinator will support the delivery of Holland & Barrett's store investment programme, encompassing over 250 store investment projects annually.
- Coordination: Assist in managing interdependencies between various projects and tasks, ensuring alignment and smooth delivery.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of programme milestones, risks, and actions.
- Reporting: Support the preparation of regular progress updates and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Risk Support: Assist in tracking risks and identifying mitigation actions in collaboration with the team.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Support communications with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Budget Monitoring: Assist with the accurate recording of programme costs and cross-charging processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes and support the implementation of best practices.
**The Person**
**Key Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a project coordination or support role.
- Exposure to a retail, property, or operational environment.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including suppliers and internal teams.
- Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining accurate programme documentation and reports.
- Understanding of project lifecycles, milestones, and critical paths.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
