We’re seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Programme Delivery Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you’ll provide vital administrative support to our Programme Delivery team, helping to ensure the smooth running of all planned and major works carried out by our Programme Delivery team within our residents' homes.

**Your responsibilities...**
- Supporting Programme Delivery: Work alongside the Programme Delivery Manager and Project Surveyors to ensure all planned and major works run smoothly and effectively, delivering exceptional results for our residents.
- Data Management: Keep our asset data up-to-date on Keystone, project spreadsheets, and other documentation, ensuring everything is accurate and in line with project requirements.
- Managing Major Works: Assist with the monitoring of major works, including tenant requests for alterations, party wall enquiries, insurance claims, and structural works, ensuring projects stay on track and residents are informed.
- Surveyor Appointments: Book and manage appointments for surveyors, ensuring appointments are kept on track.
- Meeting Coordination: Organise and manage meetings for the Programme Delivery and Management teams, including contractor progress meetings and strategic core group meetings. You’ll take minutes and ensure all relevant actions are followed up.
- Purchase Orders: Process purchase order requests in preparation for authorisation, ensuring smooth administrative operations.
- Supporting the Team: Assist with producing and sending tenant and leaseholder letters, and provide support to the team by promoting planned works updates on PA Housing’s intranet.

- Knowledge of Building Repairs and Maintenance Desirable
- Experience with the Keystone Asset Management System Desirable
- Familiarity with Housing Management Systems Desirable
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word (including mail merge), Excel, and Outlook Essential
- Strong experience in customer service, with a proven ability to interact effectively with people Essential
- A minimum of 2 years' administrative experience Essential
