Your Mission

At FourthRev, we are committed to delivering world-class learner journeys that lead to meaningful career outcomes.

The Programme Coordinator (Delivery & Coaching Support) plays a crucial role in strengthening delivery operations and supporting the coaching team. This role is designed to reduce administrative workload for coaches, ensure consistency of learner experience across our Career Accelerator (CA) programmes, and provide scalable operational support as we continue to grow.

You will act as the main point of contact for delivery administration, contributing to process improvement, learner data accuracy, and seamless coordination across programmes.

What You'll Do

Programme Operations & Process Improvement

  • Review and improve Programme Coordination processes across Career Accelerators for alignment and consistency.
  • Provide flexible delivery support during busy enrolment and submission periods.
  • Maintain process documentation, FAQs, and knowledge bases for staff and learners.

Learner Data Management & Reporting

  • Support data entry, validation, and reporting for learner activity and outcomes.
  • Consolidate data from multiple systems to provide meaningful delivery insights.
  • Assist in monthly KPI reporting and the rollout of the data project (phase 2), including preparation for a future Student Information System (SIS).

Coaching Team Administration

  • Provide administrative support to the coaching team, helping them focus on coaching impact.
  • Manage onboarding, status tracking, and coach allocations for learners.
  • Oversee onboarding for late joiners and maintain orientation content across all Career Accelerators.

Circle & Event Administration

  • Manage Circle spaces and learner communities for new and current cohorts.
  • Promote learner-facing events (Career Sprints, Mindset Upgrades, Q&As), coordinating invites, sign-ups, and follow-ups.

Learner & Stakeholder Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for delivery-related admin queries.
  • Coordinate operational tasks and communications to ensure a consistent learner experience.
Requirements
What You'll Bring
  • Significant experience in administration, ideally within education or learner-facing environments.
  • Proven ability to manage workflows, improve processes, and maintain data integrity.
  • Strong skills in Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, CRMs (e.g. HubSpot), LMS, and community platforms (e.g. Circle).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth teams and with multiple stakeholders.
Benefits
