Programmes Coordinator – International League of Dermatological Societies (ILDS)

London (hybrid: 1 day per week in office
) | Full-time, permanent | £32–36k

The
International League of Dermatological Societies (ILDS)
is a global non-profit organisation working to improve skin health worldwide. We're looking for a
Programmes Coordinator
to support the work of the
International Foundation for Dermatology (IFD)
, particularly the
Global Health Dermatology Alliance (GLODERM)
and the
International Alliance for Scabies Control (IACS)
.


This role is right for you if you have:

  • Relevant professional experience with strong
    administrative and project management skills
    .
  • Excellent organisational abilities, with a proven track record coordinating
    international projects, meetings, or events
    .
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting reports, newsletters, or promotional content.
  • Confidence using
    digital tools
    (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, project management platforms).
  • The ability to work flexibly in a
    hybrid role
    (mainly remote, with occasional London office attendance).


What you'll do:

  • Coordinate governance support for GLODERM, IACS, and the IFD Committee.
  • Deliver and monitor projects including mentorship programmes, webinars, podcasts, and awareness campaigns.
  • Manage communications: newsletters, websites, reports, and promotional content.
  • Organise international events (virtual and in-person), ensuring smooth logistics and positive participant experience.
  • Support fundraising, sponsorship, and reporting through proposals and KPI tracking.
