Role - Programme Coordinator
Location - London, Putney Bridge (Hybrid Working)
Salary - Circa £50,000 plus a discretionary bonus
**Is this you?**
Are you someone who wants to work for a market leading organisation in a role where you will be the first hire and have the opportunity to stamp your authority and bring in best practices within our new Programme Coordination function. Do you thrive on working with multiple stakeholder across the globe whilst ensuring a seamless delivery of programmes?
**The Challenge**
The opportunity we have will allow you to work with Australia, UK and the US on the delivery of Student Placement initiatives coupled with our UK based Product Management team. Your role will be to ensure governance is maintained, ensure the programme coordination is kept up to a high standard which will include budgets, timelines, key milestones and documentation controls.
As this is a new role there will be some grey areas so the ability to work in ambiguity is a skill that we will also be looking for.
**What you’ll need**
We would like you to have demonstrable experience in end to end programme coordination, the ability to manage complex budgets, happy to be the lead on a number of project initiatives that will be presented to you and have experience of managing all programme hygiene including documentation, roadmaps, delivery schedules, risk plans and resource management. Any experience of the higher education market would be beneficial but not essential.
**What’s Next?**
**Diversity and Inclusion**
At IDP, our people are always at the forefront of what we do. We strive to provide workplaces that are truly diverse and representative of the communities that we work in, so our people feel empowered to bring their best and authentic selves to work. We are focused on continuing to build a culture of inclusion and belonging by providing a safe work environment where all our people are encouraged to excel, be agile and creative, and seek new ways to solve meaningful problems.
If you identify as a member of an underrepresented community, we encourage you to apply, even if you feel you do not meet all the criteria, but have relevant skills, experience and capability that will enhance the role. At IDP, you can be yourself, be seen, heard, valued, and celebrated every day for your meaningful contributions. If you require any adjustments, let us know.
