**Your New Job Title**: Mandarin speaking Senior Secretarial / Office Support Assistant

**The Skills You'll Need**: Fluent written and spoken Mandarin and English, relevant Admin/Office Support skills.

**Location**: London

**What You'll be Doing Each Day**:
1) Acting as EMC secretary, organizing EMC meetings, taking minutes, responsible for the management of EMC meeting.

2) To implement daily OA operations, such as incoming documentation, outgoing documentation, to Management and etc

3) Providing daily support to EMC members, including and not limited to:

- Meeting arrangement
- documentation allocation and feedback
- schedule arrangement and update
- travelling arrangement and expenses claims
- document interpreting, when necessar

4) Executive work of EO,including and not limited to:

- Executive Stamps usage
- Other executive jobs allocated

5) Other office administration work assigned by the team leader

**The Skills You'll Need to Succeed**:

- Experience with a Corporate employer or in Banking
- Working with accuracy, rigour, thoughtfulness and being proactive
- Attention to detail
- Experience of working with executive level employees
- Time management skills
- Excellent Microsoft knowledge.

**Job status**: Perm

**Start date**: ASAP

**Working hours**: 9-5 with flexibility when necessary, hybrid-office and home.
