**What You'll be Doing Each Day**:
- Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancy
- Develop and regular review HR policy and procedure to drive performance and Workforce planning and culture building to support a high performance working environment
- Cooperate with Talent Acquisition and C&B departments to achieve the Group’s strategy
- Oversees T&D strategies are developed and implemented to support current and future company’s needs
- Manage and implement the company’s performance management system
- Liaise with Senior Executive and Board member to drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals
- Participate in establishing and implementation of specific projects, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organisation
- Support change management processes
**The Skills You'll Need to Succeed**:
- HR management experience in a corporate environment
- Experience in working with multi-cultural team
- CIPD qualification is ideal
- Strong command in Chinese language (verbal and written) is required
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Experienced in developing and supporting line managers through change
- Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team
